A county-wide Nuisance Ordinance was adopted at the special-called April 21, meeting of the Board of Commissioners. The county’s Code Enforcement Officer is Sgt. David Ellis 400-8042 and the Animal Control Officer is Chris Sapp, 220-5808, whose positions have been transferred to Decatur County Sheriff’s Office under the supervision of Lt. Rick Ashley.
